David Evangelista: I Need a Makeover Sweepstakes
Hair, makeup and fashion icon, David Evangelista, recently debuted his new exclusive line of hair-care products, David Evangelista Beauty, with the multi-channel retailer HSN. To celebrate, the award-winning hair stylist is launching a Facebook sweepstakes, offering to give one lucky winner a full style and beauty makeover.
The winner of the David Evangelista Facebook sweepstakes will join David as he returns to HSN with new additions to his exclusive line of hair-care products. The winner will receive a 3-day, 3-night trip for two to St. Petersburg, FL, staying at the Vinoy Renaissance hotel. The winner will receive a makeover by David Evangelista and also make their debut on HSN as one of David’s hair models. Additionally, the first runner up will receive a year supply of the full line of David Evangelista haircare products. Three alternate winners will each receive a $100 HSN gift card and a full set of David’s haircare products.
Facebook users, who haven’t done so already, must “like” the David Evangelista Beauty Facebook page to unlock the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. The winning videos will be selected by the most fan votes.

To enter, legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older must submit a video on the David Evangelista Beauty Facebook page: (http://www.facebook.com/davidevangelistabeauty) and find the “I need a makeover” sweepstakes tab. Create your video after reading all the requirements and upload between August 26, 2011 at 12:00:01 pm CT and 11:59:59 pm CT on September 18, 2011.
