No+Vello Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation Franchise Coming to America

He says that when he was introduced to No+Vello by a friend, he knew it would be perfect for the United States. With three international partners, including successful international entrepreneur Jaime Regojo, Lucas obtained the rights to bring No+Vello to the U.S.

I got scammed!
I have bought a special offer for use in their salons in London. Although the voucher is valid till 09 December 2011 (it is September now) they refuse to honour it. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to lose your money. I lost £129. Their website forms are never answered and if you check their website, you will not find a telephone number for the head office anywhere. That should tell you a lot.
Is this like laser hair removal? I have never heard of IPL before. Also, do you know the locations of these franchises and what the pricing is like? I am based in NYC, but I have not seen it. Thanks!!
