GoClear 3-Step Acne and Blemish Regimen

GoClear is a novel, physician-formulated skincare line that offers a forward thinking approach to acne treatment, addressing both the existing and potential issues, including active breakouts, future blemishes and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and dark spots in a skincare line specifically formulated…for everyone.
Acne is one of the most commonly reported skin conditions in the United States, causing a wide range of short and long-lasting concerns from lesions, redness and inflammation to hyperpigmentation problems and scarring. The GoClear 3-step Acne and Blemish Regimen, formulated by Dr. Alan R. Gottlieb MD, MPH, is the latest advancement to treat acne without exposing the skin to certain irritating, or potentially harmful, ingredients. The GoClear formulas are oil-free, allergy-tested and do not contain alcohol, benzoyl peroxide, propylene glycol, PABA, lanolin, artificial fragrance or dye. The GoClear 3-step Acne and Blemish Regimen is for acne sufferers of any age, skin type or skin tone. The GoClear 3-Step Acne and Blemish Regimen is simple and easy to use with clinically-proven results. The first step of the regimen is the Clarifying Cleanser AM/PM. With small, gentle exfoliating granules, it eliminates oil, dirt and makeup and restores essential moisture to the skin with nourishing high-grade botanicals and micro-encapsulated antioxidants. In keeping with the ClearCulture™ Skincare philosophy, the cleanser is formulated with an aromatic water-based botanical blend, which offers a light natural scent while eliminating the irritation that is often found with artificial fragrances. Additional ingredients in this luxurious lathering gel include Shea butter, green and white tea extracts, Acai berry and Ginseng.
The acne medicine and signature treatment in the regimen is the Intensive Acne Treatment – Salicylic Acid 2%, a powerful keratolytic and exfoliating formula containing maximum strength salicylic acid in both quick and sustained-release forms to clear up acne blemishes and allow the skin to heal. This lotion helps prevent new pimples and blackheads from forming and controls the release of the salicylic acid to provide long lasting protection. Soothing botanicals, including Evodia fruit extract and green and white tea extracts help to reduce the appearance of redness. In an independent clinical study of the GoClear Intensive Acne Treatment – Salicylic Acid 2%, conducted on people of all skin tones (Fitzpatrick Scale I-VI), 97% of panelists experienced a decrease in their number of acne blemishes and 73% noted less dark spots after six weeks of treatment. After just three weeks of use, a 66% reduction in the severity of acne blemishes was achieved.
The final step in the GoClear regimen is the Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 15, a light, luxurious oil-free moisturizer that absorbs quickly, helps control oil and leaves the skin with a radiant, matte finish. The sunscreen provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, helps minimize the appearance of pores and soothes skin with high-grade botanicals including Angelica extract, Avocado extract, green and white tea extracts, and Vitamins E and C.
