Selected Salon City Beautymakers from around the United States were invited to judge their favorite celebrity hair style - and this issue’s focus was on Kim Kardashian’s blonde look and singer Cassie’s daring bald style. The beauty pros chosen voted as well as offered their candid comments on the celebrity look they preferred.
