I read all your information about probiotic treatement. Iwonder about the side effects of this treatement because i am looking for a 11 year old girl and a13 year old teen.
I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and a few pimples every now and then, it’s not that bad but I still want to get better skin. I’ll try these tips, let’s see if my skin improves!
