I ordered the trial version of kumaara night moisturizer, the eye serum/eye luminosity I think I paid 19.95 and another tube of some other daily moisturizer. I’m sure you have the copy of the order. I have been using the stuff faithfully but I don’t see any change at all. By now I should have seen some type of results. I am still using it to see if using it as instructed will show any signs of results. I would like to hold off on the shipment before the cut off date given which was Dec. 5. Please do not ship any products until further notice, since its no sense continuing something that doesn’t work for me. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will give you a call should I decide within the next three weeks if this products are good for my aging skin. Thank you. Isabel M. Perry

Do not try this product if you want to have to pay shipping & handling AND a $20 “re-stocking fee” that they conveniently neglect to tell you on their website. I ordered the “free trial” and when I was not happy with the product (my face was SO oily because of it) the customer service was not only annoyed at me but also informed me that while I could return the product I would have to pay “restocking fee” of $20 which is NOT on their “terms and conditions”. This product is not worth your hassle. I would try DDF at Sephora or Bobbi Brown QUALITY lines and products
I tried the free trial offer and a week or so later had a severe allergic reaction to the 2 products - daily antioxidant protection with spf 12 / overnight repair complex cream , when i called customer service 2 wks. later to tell them do not ship me anymore due to the severe allergic reaction , i was told to send everything back to recieve a refund and will need to pay a $ 20.00 restock fee. I told them i threw the products along with the box / shipping label in the trash and was told to go look for it or i would be charge for the total amt.
any way i don’t mind paying for it , but i could’nt help but wonder what would they do with the used products/ which is possibly a risk of transmitting a fucus or other skin infection to someone else, from a nurse’s view; and if they are just going to dispose of it ,then what is the problem if it was thrown away in the first place.
i believe that’s false advertisement - free trial for shipping / handleling fee and then want to charge you the full amt plus restocking fee if not satisfied with the products.

I SENT THE PRODUCT BACK WITH A NOTE TO CREDIT MY CARD AND NOT SEND ANOTHER BOX. TWO MONTHS LATER I WAS TOLD MY CARD CANNOT BE CREDITED. THE KUMAARA PHONE REP,BILL, WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID I AM JUST OUT OVER $200. D0 NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
If you had purchased Kumaara at amazon.com, you wouldn’t have been charged a monthly charge, you can buy one item at a time. It’s also alot cheaper.
I tried Kumaara night moisturizer and day protection spf..I have not seen any difference in my skin. I would like to not get any more products. I don’t have the phone number, or I would call you.
If you order from Kumaara, they tell you on the packing slip inside the box that you must call and get an RMA # and send back any unused product in order to cancel getting more product or being charged. You can also talk to them and say it is too expensive for you, and they will give you an offer for paying less AND getting it less often.
