A standard salon visit for the process with Kevin Moshier takes about 3-4 hours depending on the length and volume of the hair. It’s safe to get hair color in the same visit…. One stop shopping so there’s a big time saving immediately.
What to expect:
The process takes about 3 to 4 hours start to finish.
The Keratin treatment is ideal for colored and damaged hair
-If colored in the same visit that’s done first.
-Then hair is dried thoroughly but not styled.
-The Keratin Complex solution to relax and coat hair is infused on the dry hair for about 20 minutes.
- The longest part of the treatment is performed with a special flat iron that will seal the keratin into each strand.

This is the Copolla Keratin Complex Treatment.
I am very happy with the results after 2x.
Have not blown my hair dry since May- the first time, then again in Sept.
There in NO frizz. My head looks and feels like new hair has been planted on it-this process gave me what nature didn’t- hair that swings and shines.
I think Kevin Moshier is great and he really takes his time.
Let me know what you think. I live in a beach community-and the humidity doesn’t hurt my hair at all. If only this was around while I was growing up–maybe I would have been better at sports!
I have had the Coppolla Treatment three times. The first time it lasted about two months. The second time it lasted about three months. I’m hoping that this time it will last six months. I use their shampoo and conditioner, but it didn’t initially last as long as the claims. It is expensive, but well worth the price. Everyday I get at least one compliment on my hair. It is soft, shiny, and holds color well. I have saved money by not having to get trims and color touch ups as often. My hair is soft and beautiful. I will continue to get the treatment. The follow up shampoo and conditioner is a must.

I had it done at Professional Hair Salon & Spa in Livingston, NJ. It did not work! Please don’t waste your time and money!
I tried this treatment (here in Los Angeles) and spent 400 dollars to have absolutely nothing change about my hair. I’m asian and have long, slightly wavy hair. The texture of my hair did not change at all after this treatment and I feel like it was a total rip-off. I’ve had Japanese straight perms before and chose to go with the coppola treatment because I was tired of the “too straight” look that makes me look like a drowned cat. My friend also had this treatment (she lives in boston) and paid close to 600 dollars. Her hair is fine and moderately curly. She also says she’s noticed no difference. I’m pretty disappointed by this treatment and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
After months of reading reviews and consultations i decided to take the plunge and have this treatment.
AMAZING, i wish i had this before christmas, went to Marc azzi hair in sydney, my hair was a frizzy mess and now im in love with it, i recommend the keratin treatment 100% it needs to be done by the right salon.
Don’t you think there is too much hype with beauty products these days? I love your tips and advice BTW. Its just that there are too many beauty products on the market that are over expensive while claiming to be “the next best thing”.
this service works beautifully, you must go to a properly trained stylist who takes the time to do the service correctly. its a time consuming process. stylist work very hard on themselves in there careers to be amazing for you. that is why some services tend to be a bit pricey.
Thoes it have formol? I need one that does not have formol in it because my hair reject it. Also my first time i use Alterego keratin treatment but i cant find it online, so i need to know if they are similar. Thank you, i really need you can help me
