My wife is an esthetician who has her own skin care business For the Love of Skin in carlsbad, ca. She’s usually willing to work with her clients to help them afford the treatments they need or want rather than being too firm on a price and possibly loosing a client or not helping her client’s skin. She’s very thoughtful and truly cares about each and every client and if it’s a tough month them them why not give a deal? It doesn’t have to be all the time though. Also, she may create a custom facial treatment to meet their budget.
