Lucero the Official Celebrity Spokesperson for Olay
Mexican beloved superstar, Lucero, has become the official celebrity spokesperson for Proctor & Gamble’s brand, Olay.
Lucero’s stunning beauty, flawless skin and easy spirit make her an ideal addition to the Olay family of spokespeople/spokes models.
The advertising campaign will consist of TV, print, radio and online ads to be featured nationwide in Hispanic publications and broadcast stations in Mexico and the United States. Lucero’s voice will also be heard on Olay’s Web site, http://www.MiOlay.com, which is the Spanish version of the popular online consultation Web site, http://www.MyOlay.com.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Lucero to Olay, where she will represent the brand with the beauty and grace that she is renowned for in the United States and Mexico,” said Eric Admiral, brand manager for Olay.
Lucero started her career at the age of 10 as “Lucerito” in the children’s television series, Alegrias del Mediodia. Since then, she has participated in multiple soap operas, TV shows, theater productions and has recorded more than 34 albums throughout her career.
“I’m honored that such a prestigious brand like Olay has chosen me to become the spokesperson for their line, which I much like,” added Lucero.
The advertising campaign will start this September in the United States and in Mexico.
